idky they stuck with wiz vs a zug zug comp like that. Crazy that this game has come down to the point where one person can be tunneled the entire time and that will lead them to victory. At least the move has to set up kill situations and think about what they’re doing. Oh well

Pinnacle of skill was C9 double caster triangle formation. True skill is only displayed at the end of a 15 dampening game where finally one player dies slowly over 30 seconds because heals do nothing.

Actually crazy that the move doesn’t have another comp for when they get counter-comped. Longest roster in AWC, but still just one comp.
Also is Jellybeans the most carried player in WoW history? Literally rides the bench 90% of the time. Not sure he’d even get a spot on another team if themove dropped him for someone who can play a not useless class.
Edit: to be clear jellybeans is SUPER skilled player. But it takes more than that to be in AWC I guess?

I think it’s just if you can’t play Rogue/Mage/Lock (maybe Ele) at the highest level then your AWC appearances are going to be rather limited.

I mean, I know it’s gotten a lot of flak and definitely wasnt needed when the game was at a pace like BFA was, but that’s honestly why precog exists.
When ttk is 2-4 seconds (although its probably closer to 6ish now)
Any class that needs to cast to live or secure kills would REALLY struggle atm or just need to have some absurd tankiness.

Only two things I learned is that Wizk is amazing on spriest and Samiyam makes boomkins look immortal
It’s kind of wild that absterge is basically expected to learn every healer at AWC level, but the DPS are just kinda content to stick to their one tricks.

Its way easier for one person to be hella versatile than 3.
Edit: actually easier is not the right word, i should have said feasible.
But all the DPS on that team play multiple specs lol.
It’s just that RPS is their best comp, which fields the best success for them in every situation because the comp can beat everything. You don’t fix what isn’t broken.
