People who q up for a dungeon but don’t make an effort to run to the summ stone are the worst. I hate having to stand there at the stone asking the group is anyone coming? Then you’ll see them zones away being lazy waiting for a summon. I get it if your q’ed up for multiple dungeons or just got out of one but at least try to get there especially for heroics!

They are after max efficiency, them doing quests until summon.

worse yet when the group leader sits in town “getting gear out of the bank” for 30m and never takes a summon

imagine a tool that you wouldnt have to wait your butt at the stone for another person from the group to show up that would put everyone right to the dungeon… oh wait… thats right, there is one they refuse to add that does nothing to affect your social experience but certainly helps limit wasting your time.

Sad but true. I have said this countless times that having RDF won’t affect socialization much if any. 95% of the dungeons I run people rarely talk and if they do it’s “what’s this for” “Omw to sum” or “gg ty for group”.

Meh, I don’t mind running to the stone. I usually say “Heading to the stone, could use a summon buddy” and that’s that. I don’t think I’ve ever had a case where someone didn’t come. I suppose if it ever happened, I’d just ask again, ultimately booting or leaving if people didn’t come, but it’s not been an issue.
People have been pretty chill in my groups so far… and I’ve run a lot of heroics.
Speaking of lazy people, group leaders are the worst. invite you, dont say a word on where you are going, afk for 5 minutes then ask anyone is at the stone yet.

I’ve been in queue on Ashkandi now for 42mins trying to find a group for UP/UK, no healers. None. This is really a lot of fun refreshing the group finder hoping a healer will queue. Really amazing social engagement. /SARCASIM

Mages and Shamans are required to go first since they can port and hearth a ton.
If you have a mage or a shaman and they dont move kick em.
I’m not summoning anymore unless I’m at the zone it’s on. You all want to keep seeing the same scripted NPCs walking and 2007 trees all you want but I’m not moving. Bring RDF or you anti can keep continuing to summon me, thanks.

Ah yes, intentionally waste time in order to advocate for a feature that stops people from wasting time. Got it.
I’m either questing, on AH and no where near the zone. If you’re closer then you need to summon, duh.
Shaman have a spell called ancestral recall that returns them to where their hearth is set on a 15 minute cooldown
had this the other day: waited at the stone to summon but no one came. every one of them was asking for one while they did other things. 20 mins later people started dropping group b/c ‘no summon’. /facepalm

If I happen to be in a PuG and someone makes no effort to head towards the dungeons, I either kick or ask that they are removed or I won’t tank.

This sucks. I was on my healer and couldnt find a group. To bad we didnt have rdf in the game. Guess the purpose of no rdf was to force solo play.
