Layering sucks even if its just P1 (Video Proof)

Quite the opposite. Im afraid of Classic attractive a massive crowd and Blizzard being faced with the dilemma 3 months after launch of servers with 10k players on them that are too populated to turn off layering.

What is your solution in that case? Permanent layering?
