Hey guys, Blizzard here, we just allowed 2 layers for AQ gates opening (and the 6 months before that). Now that they are open and there is major new content available, we will remove layers, allow xfers too and unlock arugal!!!

Removing layers the first full week of AQ was a colossally stupid decision. Thanks for ruining the raiding progression experience for us Blizzard.

you did not carefully examine the numbers. you cut layers at the start of a new content phase. you cannot say no one could have seen this coming, because everyone could have seen this coming.

Blizzard, give us a response already…
Typical activision… If they only just said sorry we made a mistake and reinstated layers they could fix most of the damage to their repuation.
The fact they changed the layering BEFORE they went away for the weekend was a terrible decision but given the benefit of the doubt they wernt there over the weekend to fix the problem its at lest understandable.
Letting a FULL DAY on the Monday however without even a post to say we are looking into the problem is whats now doing more damage and just pissed off YOUR paying customers even more and can guarantee some people have already thrown in the towel and said f*** your game and moved on to never give blizzard any further $.

People are canceling subs, we’ve already had a couple of people from our raid roster quit the game over the queues because they’re just simply unable to play the game they pay for.
This thread is almost at 1,000 replies and there are dozens of other threads outside of this, a wowhead post, dozens of reddit posts, can blizzard please acknowledge this is a problem? What else do we need to do to get your attention?

POFM Have had the worst raiding experience since the start of classic, players getting removed from the game in the queue which is just ridiculous and sadly we have already lost a long term raider as the 3rd round of deactivating layers has yet again gone poorly and has hit the hardest.
The forced DC’s kicking people who are on the toilet, getting food, making a drink and a variety of other things is just not on especially when some of these players have been trying to stay online for literally 6 or more hours.
#LayerArugal so we can log on and play the game we pay good money for.

My post got removed as “spam” by precious widdle Blizzard who can’t handle criticism of the fact that whatever data they had regarding server populations and peak times was handled incredibly incompetently.

The fact blizzard are temporarily suspending people from the forum for doing things Customer Support has instructed us… is beyond disgusting.
