NA and non-Arugal players are the vast vast majority of players here.
These Arugal spammers don’t represent the forums at all so clearly my issue isn’t with this forum but this annoying vocal minority of Arugal players that need to take their spam and smug attitude elsewhere.

I pay for a subscription in order to play the game… The way Oceania has been treated since the start of Classic has been completely outrageous. From a 12 hour queue on day ONE because we were given 1 PVP and 1 PVE server in order to reserve our names and characters, they opened up another server but it was too late because guilds had already set themselves up on the ONE pvp realm.
Now layers were a solution to a problem that Blizzard knew would come, well unfortunately that problem has not gone away but the solution has been disabled. AQ gates were opened on Tuesday night for us with 2 layers so full that we had queues to log on then, now 4 days later Blizzard with there infinite wisdom decide that it is no longer needed.
Layers were disabled on a Saturday morning for us, that night we had 2 hour queues, this is a SATURDAY night. Last night (Sunday) we had queues over 4 hours long, are you telling me you wouldn’t complain about not being able to log on and raid/pvp with your guildies and friends??
How dare you say we are self-entitled, we just want to play the game we rallied for like the rest of the Vanilla fans did.

The majority of players currently posting here are from Arugal and you are in the minority against what they have to say.
Do you think your smug posts are helping with the issue you are currently having with this forum?
If you are having an issue with WoW Classic players voicing their opinion on a WoW Classic forum, then maybe you should open a ticket and contact blizzard about it as they moderate this forum supposedly. You are also spamming more than anyone else here and are making zero valid points in this discussion which I guess is to be expected coming from your completely uninformed position.

There may be a prime time login issue but, unlike some have claimed, it isn’t like that all of the time. I created a Horde character at 0830 Australian time, no queue, was able to log right in. No worries, I have no intention of playing him in the near future

Could be, I may well check it out to see how bad it is, but there have been a few posts claiming it was bad all of the time so I wanted to see for myself. Don’t really have an opinion one way or the other on layers for the Oceanic realms.
I was disconnected at 825pm last night, pushed into a 4 hour queue. My raid was 830pm, which I had to miss.
I just woke up to a message from a friend saying that he will be quitting WoW as he can’t make it home from work until 7pm most days, which is when the queues are at their worst.
shocking, the server has no queue at 8am on a monday morning. there was a queue at 1pm on a sunday but.

Voicing an opinion is not the same thing as spamming the forums for multiple days and then trash talking Americans and anyone else not on Arugal while trying to completely invalidate any other opinion or view.

Only real long-term, non layered solution would be free limited transfers to balance the servers, but I wish you all the best of luck.
Wait 10 more hours, a new wave will come. Give it 2 more days and you’ll have more threads than you can wave your stick at.
I logged in at 4am, no queue. Arugal is fine

That would probably be a mistake, they are aware of the issue and have already been locking threads. If you keep it in one thread that would probably be cool, but spamming threads would likely start getting people forum bans.

I agree, stop flooding the forums with spam threads. This is the general discussion section and most of us want to talk about things that pertain to the other 35 or so servers.

Not up to me. Most of these players are 1 time posters. At least yesterday there were players who were able to log in earlier on a weekend. Imagine all of the players who can’t log in until they return from work to be placed in a 5 hour queue.
A lot of them will be coming here unhappy and they don’t care about Karen’s stance on layers half a world away.

We could probably keep it all to one thread. Either way, I’ve seen more comment spamming from a few particular anti-layering people than the pro-layering people.
