leave zone than reenter. If you are entering a zone full on your layer you will layer swap. This dosent help you for towers thou as that layer will be the most full layer.
Otherwise no you cant. As you will always default to the less full layer if multi its kinda the point of layers. You are not meant to “layer hop”. That is a player made thing that “abuses” how layer swaping works but its a needed evil or coulden’t play with freinds.
