Proof of how easy it is to abuse? I just posted a video of an example of how easy it is.
Proof of streamers doing it? Lets see, a million people watched a guy hit world first doing it. If that isn’t good enof I don’t know what is. This line of argumentation is so insanely bad I don’t quite know what to say other than “lol”.

Not all of us have no lives and can spend 20 hours in queue genius.
It also is two different searchs the second one includes the first and more things like anyone with Orgrimar in the guild name.
So almost all the people complaining about layering hurting the economy are liars. People were photoshopping inventory pictures to create a false crisis.
This is like Trumpism for WoW - manufacturing a crisis for personal gain.
Glad blizzard isn’t caving into the conspiracy theorists and fear mongers.

It’s not good enough. You make statements without actually backing up your claims with actual proof. It’s simple, provide for us, here in this thread numbers, facts, links, etc. Go ahead, we’re waiting…
Well if a million people spectating a person on twitch swapping layers to aoe grind faster to hit world first isn’t good enough then nothing is for you. I am not going to hand something to you because you are either inept or lazy. It is common knowledge. That is like me asking you to prove 2+2=4.
For days Alexensual on youtube has abused layering to farm rare mobs over and over again. Go on youtube search him and watch his VODS that are all uploaded. Or…dare I speculate…that you are too lazy to do that?

I’m with the other guy you’ve had to be under a rock to not know the guy who hit world first 60 basically cheated by layer swapping. If you’re too lazy to look up common knowledge that’s on you.

I refuse to cater to lazy people. I don’t care what you think. Everybody knows what is going on that is over the age of 5 and not sticking their head in the sand.
I can either play the game or I can spend 10 minutes weeding through Vod’s to make your life easier. You trying to bait me because your lazy isn’t going to work.
You and a very small number of people are exaggerating this claim and the affect of layering. It’s not an exploit. Other people reached 60, streaming it, within hours of this guy. So how did Layering affect anything???
I personally appreciate it. It’s going to allow for a healthier realm population in the future, and it’s allowing me to get things done as well as have smaller queue times.
It’s new technology, and a few folks are doing things that they shouldn’t be doing. Blizzard is doing the right thing by investigating and responding.
