Lay The High Elf Movement To Rest

There you are you slippery orc!

Hahahaha. Farts.

You’ve always been in my good book too.

This literally isn’t what people are saying though.

What has been requested were the high elves who’ve remained alliance, who still identify as high elves, not the ones who are blood elves.

Which is perfectly fair. Especially combined with the Void Elves being a thing.

Still won’t stop the requests.

Folk want to play a thing and blue eyes ain’t that big a deal.

Oh dang I didn’t realize a faction of high mountain tauren had been a part of the alliance since the inception of wow.

If it weren’t a big deal they’d be playing void elves so we know you’re full of it.

The Silver Covenant would never join the Horde, as recently as Legion Vereesa made it clear that she did not like nor trust the Horde, including the Sin’dorei.

And coming to a public discussion and telling others they can’t express their opinions is called being condescending.

What?

Void elves are blood elves with void infusion.

If blizzard wanted your setup they’d have them be from the alliance high elves.

Come now. Do better.

Yep, totally. I definitely think you bunch are bananas and will never get over the fact that you were told no about something. I think you’d enjoy the game more if you didn’t fixate on a tolkien fantasy of light skinned elves being on the side of the dwarves and people and you will never stop having a tantrum about this.

No matter how silly I think the “arguments” for adding playable fair-skinned elves to the alliance are I’ll always respect peoples right to want what they want in the game. Keep posting whatever you want, folks. I think you’re wrong but that is just me.

youve been ‘expressing’ for over 3 years now on the forums denying the lore as it is presented in game and backed by development. specifying the ANTIs are the ones most responsible for the drama? please

high elves are horde. it doesnt matter if they changed an adjective. if i want to play a human i should have to play the alliance right? its really that simple

Well given that I’m a lifetime Horde player, I can’t exactly synthesize the feelings of Alliance mains that have wanted Alliance High Elves for almost two decades.

Why are you in a thread about something you claim to not care about telling people they shouldn’t care about it?

Exactly. They are being entitled consumers trying to strong-arm a company into doing what they think is best for their own tastes. Seen it happen a ton. Seen it work. It’s gross and it’s nasty and it’s Karens all the way down.

I actually have a great idea for humans in the horde using the Alteraci…

Hmm? What’s that? Wrong thread?

Good point.

and im against horde humans too. faction conflict and identity is at the heart of WoWs story and shouldnt be trivialized to simply picking between red and blue so you can play your preferred elf on the blue side. thats where this logic leads

Except there is no record of a human ever joining the horde. A more appropriate comparison would be orcs and mag’har orcs, being they both share history, but they’re both horde so I suppose that’s ok, right?

There’s a whole quest line in Kul Tiras about this.

I really think abolishing factions would be the best compromise people could hope for if they wanted to play any race on any faction but we’d have to sacrifice faction identity to do so, and a lot of people don’t want to. So we’re at an impasse.
