Latino Lives Matter Too!

God bless you

All lives matter my man. And despite what people think, white folk are just as hated by racists as other folk. Sadly, I don’t think racism is ever going away anytime soon.

Ever notice the people who say how bad America is also want more immigration from non-white 3rd world countries and complain about The treatment of non-whites whose communities they never go into. These people also claim America is a 1st world country despite filling up with 3rd world people (IDK if its South American or from were my ancestors came from less less than 100 years ago - Poland)

Its also funny that when they say they hate the US, they are going to another country that is like 90% white? Norway, Sweden, Canada, Australia…

Why don’t the people who want immigration and socialism move to Central or South America? ( Many old Amerian expats do, cost of living is pretty cheap)

Why not move to South Africa? I hear there are some farms that recently came available but not sure you can buy them…

You’re getting in too deep, I’d suggest not going any further unless you want to start becoming as bitter as I am about the “left”.

Hispanics rise up.

There’s a world of difference between recognizing human beings as all being in this together – true, considering how the working class is marginalized and contains people of all skin colors and genders – and the phrase “all lives matter” which is aimed at deflection, aimed at ignoring that people of color are over-represented in marginalized classes.

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this much truth in one post around here.

When you can’t find racism , people start making it up like Bubba Smollett.

Every time there is an Election , there is way too much of race -baiting coming from the left . ( coming from fake social media too )
If these people can not find racism , they will make it up .

Exactly. They did open themselves up to this. It’s a case of mob mentality. Join the pack or suffer the consequences.

The problem is the media and others immediately cried RACISM before we knew Anything about the cop. We still can’t state with Fact that he Targeted Floyd due to skin color or just because he was a serious hot head who had the wrong buttons pushed. This should have started and ended with “Police Reform is Needed.”

But now … we’ve had a repeat of Rodney King. Except worse. And the Black Community is the one that’ll suffer for it. Because they’ll be blamed, even if less than 1% were involved in all of this. It’ll be pinned squarely on their shoulders.

Most Latinos, Hispanics or whatever you want to call Latin Americans in the Americas are what we call Mestizo (Mixed European and Indigenous Native Americans). There is a word for other mixed groups that the Spaniards used.

Recently I did the 21 and me and I was mostly Spanish and Native American. I did have some British and Jewish blood.

Sometimes, I hate the word Latino or Hispanic because they’re such broad terms but I understand why its used in the United States.

Growing up as a Mexican American I was never taught by my family to hate the Spanish or any European because they’re part of the rich history of Mexico and the Western United States (I.E. Texas where my family is originally from).

I find it odd that a lot of young People of Mexican descent are denouncing their European heritage because of the talk about Colonialism and todays political climate in the US. I see it as a new form of racism in my opinion and self hating.

My family members range from light skin to dark. My own kids show this and my oldest is white looking while my youngest is dark. Its crazy how genetics work.

Any ways, I hope this helps to answer your question.

Flagging has been turned of in your thread so knock yourself out.

Everyone in the middle east is a muslim. Amazing.

This is a direct result though of clear police brutality.

Yes.

Unfortunately also yes. A certain portion of the population will automatically be turned off now by anything to do with race relations because of how knee jerk things have gotten about all kinds of things.

I mean when you have foolish people tearing down the founding fathers statues and even talking about things like mount Rushmore and they don’t understand history or what was socially acceptable at the time has nothing to do with what is going on today, there isn’t much you can do. These are the same people that will blame the pilgrims for bringing the plague to North America and wiping out a huge portion of Native Americans…as if they had any IDEA what was going on and why it happened. They are stuck trying to use today’s social lens for yesterdays problems, pile on top of that a portion of the population that lives in victim mentality and all of a sudden they are trying to defund law enforcement and have unicorn special spaces that are “police” (law enforcement) “free” where chaos reigns. When they don’t realize that it is laws and law enforcement that makes the privileged country they live in, in the first place.

People are stuck in this community and that community and they forget that it is one nation and really ONE community.

Yes police brutality should be addressed, the rest is noise and cover for anarchy and looting from thieves and opportunists.
