nearly every night on the forums here its a free for all for any sort of trolling or hate
and last nite was a good 12 hours most of it towards the lgbtq community do to no moderation of oversight at that time
it is most definitely a problem and has become expected
so i have an idea maybe we can open a discussion on what we can change in the future?

You can edit your post and move it over to the Website Bug Report forum. Despite its name, it’s also a repository for the website suggestions.
Or, you can send in an email with your feedback and/or suggestions to wowcmfeedback@blizzard.com. Just be mindful that either instance would be one-way reporting. This really isn’t something someone can request a discussion in regards to.
I don’t think that you’ll get any argument that we’d all love to see an increase in moderation. It’s, unfortunately, been spread extremely thin. Thankfully, the moderators do not take kindly and tend to hit hard when it comes to those sorts of threads filled with hate.
But we know that moderation is not 24/7. Best thing to do is report and encourage others to do the same. Don’t feed the trolls 
Unfortunately, there is little we can do about overnight moderation. We have hours of operation that are not likely to change any time soon.
We do understand that some individuals seem to take advantage of that fact, Perl is correct, we do not take kindly to it. We hope those threads aren’t up for any longer than absolutely necessary.
If you feel moderation features can be improved, then you’ll want to submit feedback. While we don’t have category dedicated to suggestions about the forums themselves, Leilleath’s advice is probably best on where to post.
Sooner then later if someone keeps doing this they will very quickly loose their ability to post on the forums. Please report them
Besides report, you have other tools to use as well. Mute a thread comes to mind, and simply not responding to them.
Silver lining: when people show who they are in these threads, it tells me who I need to block and not associate with on the forums or in-game. That said, yeah the fact that people run wild with these threads at night is an issue.
