Did the whole quest line for it and when you get to Thassarian he’s got a grey quest marker . waited a while. Logged. just adding onto the failure this launch has been

Yeah he’s not offering the dialogue to start it.
I tried, same thing. Dialogue button it’s not showing

Quest definitely bugged. No way to start the encounter
Bugged for me as well. no way to start it. He just has a grey ? over his head.
Yep quest bugged for me as well and the entire group I was in was bugged on it lol
