no matter what I do kill boss, finish a quest, I soon as I kill or finish quest it freezes and goes back to normal
Im also having the same issue, game freezes up momentarily after a kill or quest turn in

It happens to me when I do any of the following:
- Hand-in Quest
- Kill a Rare
- Mission Table, when mousing over different missions.
It’s for less than 2 seconds, but it’s a noticeable freeze and will re-occur every time the above are done.

Add me to this, since the patch, i’m having the same issue, still not sure if it’s an addon or not have not checked.
Add me to the list, chest looting on mecha, lag/freeze for a second or 2, turn in quest, lag/freeze. Never had this issue prior to 8.2.5
same here, even at low level. turn in quest= lag for a couple seconds. definitely decreases the enjoyment out of role playing and enjoying the game
Same issue, no addons on and it still happens on both quest turn ins, and world quest completions.
I’ve been having the same issue even then moving around I get this freezing from time to time.

Had the same issues last night with lag around quest turn-ins and elite mobs. Also d/cd when hearthing multiple times. Would hearth and teleoprt, but then it would d/c shortly thereafter. Then upon relog would be out in the world where I hearthed from again.
Yes I think this is the problem. Every type of quest that involves xp or rewards of any kind is making my HDD go crazy and this is what’s causing the FPS dip and freezing. I hope its not going to cause any damage to my disk.

Same here as well, dosent matter if addons are on or off, warmode on or off, the stutter will happen everytime a turn in a quest or complete a world quest or kill a rare.
Also happens with my low levels toons on E.K and Kalimdor
any fix yet?
still happening to me, lagged handing in AP turn ins. It’s annoying since it didnt happen prior to 8.2.5…
I’m having this issue with basically everything after the update. Using abilities other than auto attack, turning in/accepting quests, traveling to a different area in the same zone, hovering over an npc/another player/a mob. Dungeons are completely unbearable. God forbid if I strafe while running. As others have stated, it’s not so much a lag as it is a momentary 1-3 second freeze. It happens in BfA zones and with my lower level toons in Org or Stormwind.
Blues, please update us when you get a chance. This is actually so irritating to deal with when Im constantly doing quests, killing rares, looting, etc. It makes me not wanna play.
Im pretty sure we had this issue years ago, so hopefully you have information on how to fix it from the past.
