There is a thread here Lag/Jittering with every quest hand-in/Level up - #96 by Ryuko-zuljin , and I’m sure there are others regarding the same issue. This has nothing to do with the players’ rigs. It is on Blizzard’s end. If so many people are having the exact same problem, please do not give the generic responses that infer it is on our end.
