Basically, since the reset I’m stuck at easily 10.000-20.000 ms.

Multiple including me are experiencing the same issue.
I managed to resolve it now by connecting to a VPN and I’m back to 138-145ms pings. It did not work to reboot the PC or anything. Playing from EU.
Same here. EU based, on US server. I’ll give Express VPN a shot. Cheers!

I’m having the same issue. Started after the reset on Tuesday. I’ve tested with and without a VPN connection and it I’m still seeing the issue. My normal Home/Realm ping is about 45ms. Now I get anything from 150-500+ ms sometimes more. My ping to other services like Cloudflare, Google, and Microsoft is about 13-15 ms.
Our guild members ranging across the US and Europe, plus a few in the Pacific area, are also experiencing this. Not sure why it would be their own setups, because we all play the same game. Many of our members are using US servers in order to be in the same guild.
So there needs to be some issue with Bliz since we only experience it in WoW and not any other games any of us play. Sounds like its a Bliz problem. Got worse this past couple of days and yesterday everyone who did delves or LFR were affected more than others.
