So after clearing like I normally do (except leaping down to Lurker), for some reason Lady Vashj starts her rp, does static charge, then heals to full after going down to ~10% health and just sits there not doing anything at full health. I’ve hearthed out and gone back in and same thing, even after waiting for a bit. I was able to one shot her in BFA without any issues, so I’m wondering what the deal is and if there’s a fix.
Id report it as a bug and maybe wait a bit longer 30 min for a soft reset or a couple of hours.
I would agree with Darthwraith. Try a soft reset of the instance by exiting the instance for 30+ minutes. This should reset any events that haven’t been completed yet so you can try again.
Note, that will respawn any trash mobs, but any bosses you killed should remain dead until the next Raid ID reset.
If the issue persists, definitely submit a bug report so our QA team can take a look.

If you kill Lady Vashj too fast, she will glitch.

people started making bug reports for this fight being bugged at the same time the various classic dungeons started glitching out
(just after the patch)

Yeah it actually despawned all mobs including ones I didn’t kill, and it did the same thing when I was just auto attacking. I’ll submit a report for sure.
