Put in a ticket 14 days ago, long before PTR was even ACTIVE. We had Noth port up and we lost the loot. This is the response I got from a GM before they forced closed my ticket.
" Ingrothar
Hey there Name
I am Game Master Ingrothar and I hope you’re well today.
I’m sorry it’s taken so long to get back to you, we’re very busy at the moment and we’re trying to answer as fast as possible.
Due to the launch of Wrath, OW2 and Dragonflight we’re insanely busy, and that, unfortunately has hugely slowed down our response time, we’re trying to answer as fast as possible.
Sadly we are unable to give out the loot from Wrath bosses, and I know this isn’t what you want to hear, but after looking in our logs, all I can see you doing at the time was killing Kolgarn and there’s no kill for any Naxx bosses.
I am sorry I was unable to help you but I do hope you have a great week."
As you can see this GM referenced me being on PTR even thought I put in the ticket on the day it happened on live. The fact that he didn’t even take the time to look for my toon being in Naxx on the EXACT day that I submitted my ticket along with a screenshot of my toon as ML and raid leader standing over the non clickable body is PATHETIC.
Preach had gone to Blizz HQ recently to check the company out see if he could have some faith restored before he wastes more time on their games. In this video it stated how many of the Blizz employees actually work from home. Seems to me like they are rather not staffing enough people or just letting their workers complete 0 work that day and it seems to be acceptable.
Can we start a petition to pay half month subs for classic if they do not support it anymore. Apparently on EU servers its 30-60 days for a ticket response. BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY CANT EVEN PROVIDE ACURRATE SUPPORT.
I DONT PLAY DF, I DONT PLAY THESE OTHER GAMES, I DON’T CARE WHAT THEIR WORKLOAD IS LIKE. DO NOT MAKE EXCUSES ABOUT BAD SERVICE BECAUSE YOU ARE HANDLING TOO MUCH
