Mostly I posting this here to report this bug and hop this will be fix, I Do not like leaving some world quest undone mostly if It mean Grinding rep faction I need for extra Loot chest
Please see to it and have this matter fix please and thank you.
I had this issue tonight. None of the groups I was in could kill him and we just left. He “evades”, runs back to start point, and back to 100% health.
Hopefuly when he come back next world quest he dose not pull this and go back to be killable on world quest, This should not be a issue for 5 pug gourps.
as of January 4th, he still evade bugs.

this world quest is still bugged. even 3 weeks after being reported. Blizzard, get off ya a$$ and fix it

I’m actually impressed how few fs they give about their own game. I actually pity the dev team, since it has come to light Activi$$$$$$ion laid off all of their QA. You ought to be ashamed, Activision. You are butchering the golden gose to save 5 cents.
As of May 2nd, still bugged out
Still doing the same thing but we actually got him down fast enough to kill him.
