Using the codex just creates a 3 sec c/d and does not actually heal the exhausted Kyrian forces. Quest can’t currently be completed. Has been corroborated by other players in the zone. FYI!

Confirmed - it is bugged. Scrolls appear to have no effect when used.
That means we can’t complete the assault.
