If you complete your renowned, to 24, turn in all your quests. this adventurer companion is no where to be seen in the companions UI. Though I can see the Hunt-Captain NPC standing in the field of play next to the Soul Forge with Niya and Dreamweaver.
My current companions list with this issue: (10 in all)

Having same problem, wonder if any night fae player actually got Korayn?
Accepted companion quest/ completed.
Korayn does not appear on the list

Same issue here…
I just finished Kyrian campaign and I got both the soulbind and the mission table companion.
But Night fae…no…I only got the soulbind, no mission table companion.
The same thing happened to me
Same here, have campaign and all side quests done at ardeweald, the issue is with my main char.
Same problem did the quest saw it would reward Korayn and never added to roster after completed
I just checked my list again, and Korayn is there now! I guess they hotfixed it in the last hour.

This is solved, this topic should be locked/withdrawn.

How is this solved? My druid still does not have this adventurer (Korayn) and has all three soulbinds, including his, unlocked. Am I missing something?

It should have been retroactively awarded in a hotfix. 
Still an issue, even after hotfix.
It’s almost August now, Korthia is out and I’ve done the entire Campaign questline as well as the follow up…I’m at renown 46 and STILL can’t unlock Korayn.
Is there an in-game fix?
