Yes, click on their name, view activity, top tab says Normal, drop down to Ignore, Ignore for any duration, up to forever.

It’s funny, all the people who are against it, have little to no achievements or don’t seem to play retail at all. Really telling the bias and dumb arguments they have against it, because they don’t have a good argument against it.
As long as their isn’t content resets or expansions to nullify content with a classic+, it would make old raids even more viable making raids to clear old content.
Even better yet they could add a system for people to just be able to NOT view transmogs. Simple, people who don’t wana see it, don’t have to. Also, for arguments about alts running around with gear they haven’t earned, make it locked to only the character that has it.
There’s literally hundreds of arguments for transmogrify and the arguments against it just fall flat against them all.

the argument have merit in terms of gameplay impact and feel AND visual progression of the character.
like i said before. the only way that it would ever be ok is if it was client side only for that person playing on their account and on their screen alone.
toggles have a known problem of not working well in a bunch of the toggles that have been implemented with the wow team and would not be acceptable if they diddnt work and transmog got hamfisted into wow against the wishes of many people.
