Killer spaghetti

I’ve made some good spaghetti before, and love the sweet sausage in it. While WoW was down, I made it with a brand I never tried, Dino’s sweet sausage. Dayum…

Sounds great! I’ve been experimenting with Linguine con Vongole lately. I have to use small local clams because the Mediterranean clams aren’t sold here.

I haven’t made it like that in a while, it is pretty awesome. I could get them here in NY, but they cost quite a bit.

I’ve been using the little butter clams which are common here in Washington. So delicious.

I have to make spaghetti for 120 people at work as part of my menu.

It is easy as sin. And I never want to make it again. So so soooo tired of Maki g spaghetti and goulash.

Spaghett is amaze.

This is something I made from scratch the other day: Coffee rubbed with a bunch of different spices and then cooked to perfection. It came out REALLY amazing @_@

What, Sauce Bolognese? I slow cook that starting with some nice top sirloin. I always add some Chianti, and for seasonings, garlic, fennel and oregano. I don’t use basil because it spoils the whole fennel thing I got going on.

FINE!!!

Shut up and take my Trust!!

Oh, damn, that looks good.

It was really great! The rub made them very sticky, and it was slightly sweet yet smokey. Mmmmh.

this has nothing to do with wow… and ends with a gimmick post.

I love pasta. My ma makes this cold pasta dish with chicken and pesto, with tomato and onion slices all buttered, cheesed and seasoned up… so good.

I much prefer using sausage in my spaghetti and pasta dishes as opposed to ground beef… it really adds a good layer of flavor where ground beef just isn’t the same. I like making spaghetti then adding extremely hot peppers to the sauce with the sausage, like chopped up ghost chilis or scorpion peppers from the yard.

Red Moruga Scorpion peppers I feel taste the best with pasta dishes. It has a red lava like flavor but melds well with the tomato sauces and italian seasonings.

Damn I’m hungry now and I just made gumbo and had a bunch.
