I have been kicked out of several groups lately while heading to the summoning stone. Apparently my experiment of talking while flying to stone irks people

I was walking to the stone in a mara group and said I was new to tanking but was going to try my best and the healer quit.
27 days later (or minutes, hard to remember which) when we found the next healer we finished the dungeon fine

Honestly I dont think its a troll, I cant stand when random pugs be trying to talk to each other and talk about gear they want need blah blah wtf their guild does… Im like bro, Good chance I wont ever group with this random set of people again I dont care, just need a fast clean run and what ever im after to drop SO i dont have to come back. Not some fool heals typing or dps typing and doing less HPS or DPS

i’ve been kicked 2 times because i just asked for buffs, right now i learned the lesson and whenever i join any groups, i just play as a speechless bot among bots.
i’ve also seen poor soul getting removed because he/she was trying to explain something regarding a fight, i wish i could’ve left for his/her sake cus the leader was ****** for removing him/her just for the basic chat, But i couldn’t leave because i knew i would have to wait hours again to get into another group

im sure players in other servers from lfd will be nicer, surely they wont treat you even more like a bot.

Though in honesty, this is the problem with cross-realm LFD, and also megaservers. If you don’t care about what the people in your dungeon want, why would you care about the community you’re both part of.

his idea of socializing is a crew going into WC not sure who the tank is.

People sometimes just don’t respond when I type.
I then talk with my guildies while doing the dungeon.
But that kick set expectations, and that’s what makes communities(according to Brian Birmingham)

I just finished a double-mage, double-healer Shattered Halls run (yay, Exalted!).
Two Frost Mages, one Protection Paladin, one Holy Priest, one Restoration Druid.
I had already done a run with the Paladin and one of the mages. So when we invited the second mage and the priest, I explained that the Priest will be primary healer and I’ll roll HoTs on the tank, and do LOLDEEPS with my amazing +600 spell damage from my healing gear.
That was really all that was necessary. No deaths, the Paladin got his trinket.
Gonna stop putting down mage tables. If people want Mage food they need to socialize, by pming me asking nicely, giving me their Gearscore and raid logs and arena rank. Then I’ll give them the appropriate level of Mage food I think they deserve.

OP specifically mentions getting kicked for talking while traveling to the stone, not during dungeon where it would affect dps/hps.
