Yeah, we get it, you want to message them after you get kicked so you can harass them. It’s a bad idea.
Yeah, the reason is the 4th person knows if he refuses, the group of three will ask the 5th person to join and kick him.
What’s wrong with that? I want the name of the player to report to Blizzard for abuse of the system. If you think I’m so disruptive then you won’t be scared to put your name out there.

We can SEE who they are anyway lmao…we KNOW at least 3 of them are guilty of vote kicking, so its NOT a deal if we see who voted what so we dont ignore the one person who might not have voted yes.

The abusive part is being able to ban fellow players from queued content for 30 minutes for any or no reason.

What you are describing is known as “retaliation” and doesn’t necessarily put you in the right
It’s also, you know, harassment. Which is also frowned upon. 
Might be a tough concept for Kaine to grasp though.
Players blindly click yes when it comes to vote to kick regardless of what the reasons for. Which why the system is flawed.
If most players wants to keep vote to kick , than reduce deserter debuff for 15 to 10 min.

Guilds exist.
Social/casual guilds exist.
Casual M+ guilds exist.
Casual Pvp guilds exist.
Casual raid guilds exist.
Discord communities also exist for all of the above.
You don’t have to apply for a job with a top ten guild to do 95% of the games content.
Nor do you have to Pug it.
Personally I stopped wasting my time on Pug Heroes long ago,
and still haven’t set foot in a Pug since I returned after being gone for years.
New guilds, new friends, new groups.
Pug Life is not a requirement.
You can walk away from it.

What if they switched places with the yes and no. Put yes on the right and no on the left. If clicking yes which is on the left is a habit to get the screen off their face then they can switch the buttons to make people pay more attention if yes is on the right.
