You’d want to post in the bugs forums, namely the ones links posted here, as the CS forum isn’t taking reports for them.

IM having this same problem as well, has anyone figured anything out?
I do know khadgar was placed back in violet citadel with the last maintenance. If that version doesn’t work for you, please post this in the bug forum so QA and the devs know there is still issues.
