No, not at all. This isn’t based on some childish notion. I’m talking about years of experience. I’m talking about 9 out of 10 times the respective guys screw it for everyone else. I don’t know what your experience is with them, but on the EU they are notorious trolls and not just in WoW.
Key leavers should get their key bricked and a 2hr cooldown from playing if not longer. I am surprised that there is no debuff on one of the most toxic content. Hmm. I hope Blizzard looks into it!
By the same token, anyone who claims M+ are better because of the challenge and then complains about the gear in other content, isn’t really running M+ because of “the challenge” They’re running it for gear.

Way back in the day, before LFG queueing tools, if you were in a normal dungeon and someone bailed, you could replace them.
Remove the timer from M+ dungeons and allow replacements.
The stakes created by the timer aren’t worth the rewards.
No. M+ is fundamentally a single encounter, one thing. You don’t get to zone in new people mid-raidboss.
As for the timer, nah. Sounds like you don’t want to run M+, stick to heroics or M0
This is Mythic dungeons and they exist already. Stick to those
