Vault is Hero track, 1 per week. Cost how many weeks until a full Hero track set? 12 weeks with the luck of non repeatable drops?
Thats 3 months of pure perfect RNG for a full Hero.
Champion track is a +2 and can be upgraded until max ilvl of Hero starting point.
Delve gear is fine, unless you want to nerf it to be Adventurer track and ilvl only, same as World Quests.
Not really an End Game Pillar at this point.
