LOL, you’re allowed to eat it them - I won’t touch them though (best diet in the world for me: only scrambled eggs or hot dogs with lots of ketchup). I just despise ketchup on almost everything except a tiny bit on fries is okay (but ranch is better).

I’m originally from Brooklyn, NY and growing up it was very common. If fact, everyone I’ve known from North East Coast all the way to Chicago seems to be okay with it.

Either or. Depends on the dog and/or how it is cooked IMO.

You give me some Oscar Meyer log of goo, ketchup and mustard to kill the taste. Throw in a crap-ton of onions too.

A Nathan’s dog, grilled, mustard only + a toasted bun.

It’s mainly an East Coast to Midwest thing. You start going further west than Illinois and hot dogs start getting… weird.
