The cooking vendor in Booty Bay’s Old Port Authority appears to be bugged. His shop options will not open, I can interact with every other NPC in Booty Bay except Kelsey Yance, he will greet you if you click on him but his shop page will not open. I have tried on multiple characters (across multiple accounts) as well as in all three phases of the Booty Bay quest phases (the pre-Bloodsail Invasion, during the invasion, and post-Bloodsail Invasion). This is quite annoying as you are required to buy an item from him in order to complete the quest ‘A Giant’s Feast’, which I am unable to do.

Also having this problem. Thought it might be a rep thing at first but I raised Booty Bay rep to Friendly and he still won’t sell anything.

Same. I just got booty bay rep back from hated to friendly and he’s clickable but won’t open shop menu or any other interaction. Could this be a phasing or rep issue/bug?

I disabled addons. Kelsey Yance only gave the greeting lines but the “action target” icon above the target’s head disappears then reappears. When interacting with a nearby vendor NPC, the icon disappears when in the vendor menu (buy/sell/repair).

sucks 'cause i wanted to finish all the quests that reduce bloodsail rep before i started to grind both reps to exalted now that we have the 20% rep buff

Still bugged. I need Grade-E Meat that he sells for the quest “A Giant’s Feast” but he won’t give an option to his inventory. Trying to do my Eastern Kingdoms Quest Achievements. Is this something that gets fixed on Tuesdays or just whenever?

I tried it over the weekend on 3 toons of various levels then asked my S.O. to try. Nada. He was working just fine a few weeks ago (couldn’t say exactly when but prior to 10/16). I was hunting the recipes to level cooking, I found a workaround though.

i killed kelsey yance to see if him respawning would fix and… nope. rly hope they fix this before we lose our rep buffs
