server maintenance is until 3pm pst and 6pm est its not time yet for servers to be up.
Scroll to the top and read the initial issue. Issue was when launching the game it stated that you needed to update, not that the servers were down.
its patch day maintenance until 3pm pst and 6pm est we are about 3 hours away from that.
if there is still an issue then ill not worry about it until later.

What in the world are you talking about? The servers ARE up. SOME people are playing right now. You can throw your body in front of spears intended for Blizzard all day long but it wonât change the fact that some people are having a technical problem

Then why are people saying they reinstalled and got it working? Possibly trolling, that is believable but there are a lot of them.
well use your original cds to reinstall the game and see if that helps . just a suggestion
What they got working is the game launching and sending you to the greyed out server selection screen. Which they didnât actually get âworkingâ, the game just sent micro updates to fix itself. The servers are still down, you can login yourself and check.
Just like IRL, most people donât read. If they did they would have seen that the server maintenance is till 3 PM PDT so 5 hours prior, it is quite possible that the game is undergoing maintenance bugs such as this one and there is no need to totally reinstall your game to stare at a blank server screen.

uninstalling and reinstalling battlenet didnt do anything and removing the wtf folder didnt do anything oh well i guess im not playing classic tbc anymore.
Stop being such a drama queen it just had me do an update and let me see server list again, albeit servers arent online yet
Good news sir, just got an update and although the servers are still down⌠the launcher bug is gone.
Itâs almost as if we just posted that lol.
My game is stuck in a constant scanning and repairing loop. I guess I need to what till they push the patch out.
Lol you are about to have to reinstall the whole game from doing the scan and repair option It has happened to me so if i was you i would delete the game from everything on your computer and reinstal .3pm means 3 pm no other excuses on that time.
