Based on this BlizZard needs to do some work to fix scaling in older content.
Yeah, Mythic Nya’lotha needs to be soloable as much as mechanics will allow, as it is legacy content now and people will use this to do stuff in their down time. Not at the end of the expansion, at the start when players freshly ding 70.
World Bosses are the only place I’d support it taking longer to kill as that allows more players a shot at getting the item they seek when a mob is spawning like say the Sha of Anger. Such bosses being 1 hit kills, those make less sense. Instance bosses should drop like wheat.
It might not make sense to Blizzard on the why, but here’s the thing. It shouldn’t have to.
Your developers aren’t the ones who will be running the raid instance solo, so the question is moot. The real question is this. Do they want to give players more to do when raids at end game are a thing, or do they want them to cancel for months when they could be paying their monthly fee and grinding legacy stuff?
Make the changes that make players happy and you’ll profit sooner rather than later.

it went from 24s up to 1 minute 30’s as of the lastest mob uptick on tuesday. You’re also missing the point that old content should get easier and faster the stronger we get not harder/longer/stay the same.

So Activision may have put wow in “maintenance mode.”
Meaning they aren’t really focused on much other than milking the franchise etc.
A lot of details will never be addressed.

The level cap changed which means you are not at 100% of your power right now.
If the time is up to 1.5mins your data is not showing it, and I am absolutely not experiencing this right now on a level 60 geared toon.
You have spent days of your time complaining that your boss kills take 16 seconds longer. I have been trying to understand this complaint since Tuesday. I can’t believe this is what you are wasting all of this time on.

There are 12 months in the year and the sub is $15/month. $15 × 12 = $180. Unless you have bought a bulk subscription, which makes it even sillier that you are not upgrading.
World of Warcraft updates all the time. Do you really think Blizz should be catering to people who only bought Cata? WoD? Get real

BlizZard is a business and they cater to all that pay the sub fee.

No they don’t, you pay a subscription to access some parts of the game but ultimately are in legacy content which you should not expect them to spend much time on once the new expac is out.
