The fight went from 11-13 minutes to a 7 min faceroll. We had 1 phoenix spawn before phase 5. What a total joke now. The nerf was SUPER hardcore.
Also- Why doesn’t vashj cast MC at all? That’s in my opinion the best part of that fight. Just let us CC the targets!
The ads die in like 5-8 seconds and our dps isn’t crazy, we are just a Dad guild, not minmaxing totally. It doesn’t feel like an accomplishment to kill him each week 
Yes it was too nerfed. All the fights even solarian was a joke. We 1 shotted kael and needed 2 pulls on vashj cause she was butt pulled the first time by the shadow priest.
It was fun listening to my guild talk about it during the pulls

And I’m just over here like…KT lost like half his health, his adds lost 3/4th of theirs, Vashj lost like 30% and the P2 adds got their health cut in half. I mean…what did you expect?
I think the funniest was when we were asking if we should still drop spores and people were like yeah we still might need em. No. No we did not.

Yeah, the raids are really boring now just like the rest of TBCC. I’m tempted to take a 1-month break before P3 but I’ll keep raiding for my guild. At least they will be fast raids.
This is pretty much the exact conversation in my guild Discord in addition to a bunch of "WTF"s in the raid chat because it’s like crazy nerfed.
My favorite part about the chorus of people saying this were the people who felt they didn’t need to pay attention and died anyway.
What are you talking about? When we got to Vashj, I had to stop playing FF14 on another screen unlike the rest of the raid, because I had a couple things to do. That’s some tuff stuff right there. A+ raid tuning here.
That’s true, this did happen.
I’m tempted to have my guild pop all of out thornlings and whistles with a dead vashj screenshot just to pay homage to their use for killing her before the nerf, lol.
This nerf wasn’t even in original TBC. The advisors only had half health in phase 1 to speed up the fight, Blizzard didn’t implement it correctly.

Negative, even on retail today the advisors have double the HP in phase 3 vs phase 1.
I very much enjoy these nerfs. Not trying to spend 2 raid nights a week to clear content when we’ll be in P3 probably early january.
Be glad you know how to position the adds. If they get out of position and you try to just zug zug it you can still have issues. If you don’t interrupt, break the shield, etc you can still have issues. The phoenixs can still do a lot of damage if they are not tanked properly. It feels easy because you dealt with it before the nerf. A guild that never pulled it still is going to need to deal with learning the mechanics, it just don’t take 40 pulls to do it. It’s the end of the phase, it’s fine.

Anyone who spent 30 seconds looking at a guide or a vod should know this. The problem isn’t the nerfs, it’s this attitude that people all deserve an equal outcome but can’t be bothered to put in the smallest amount of effort whether it’s pre raid research, correct raid spec, gems / consumes / enchants… people who can’t do these extremely simple and easy tasks don’t deserve to clear content.

People will call you elitist if you say blizzard shouldn’t just mail you a set of T6 gear when the expansion launches. They are entitled and think just showing up means they should 100% succeed.
As a washed up mythic raider in a casual tbc guild, these raids were definitely overnerfed. We 3 shot vashj after never pulling her before and i expect KT will be just as easy tonight.
