He’s not going to. No one wants to resurrect Kael’thas and re-establish him into a base of power. Nor is he going to break out of Revendreth and come back or anything of the sort.
Well he should be. Bob is just a placeholder lamp without any sort of personality. His entire story is that he is the last blood elf noble alive and not being one of the Windrunner sisters.
The old Kael’thas has been written to oblivion. If they brought him back, all stupid things had has said and done will just get brought up over and over.
Time to let the character die a merciful death.
No. I will not. Not when his replacement is basically the worst possible pick for being a leader.
I would suggest you are better off asking for a new character to replace Lor’themar…
Bob is a crippled soldier who hasn’t seen a real fight since the Scourge sacked Quel’thalas. And as a regent he can technically be outruled by the next in line of authority meaning Alleria because she is the oldest living offspring of the Windrunner family who has always been giving the Ranger General title for generations.
Alleria is alliance and has no interest in ruling Quel’thalas/Silvermoon.
As we know from Shaw, there are many alliance supporters in Silvermoon still which he uses to gain cruicial information from the leadership. I have no doubt there are some loyalists who would advocate for Alleria to take over in another war. If we want to be safe from that we need a better claim that is not the second in command from Sylvanas. Meaning a member of the Sunstrider family hopefully Kael because he is and always will be the most important Blood elf character. Or did you see Bob getting his own hero in Heroes of the Storms? see.
That’s a nice sentiment. But she literally has no interest in ruling Silvermoon
She will do whatever Turalyon tells her to do. And claiming the eastern continent for the alliance would be a huge advantage.
Good. Because both are in Stormwind and neither are interesting in ruling Silvermoon.
It seems you don’t seem to know how politics and strategy work.
I know how it works. But I am stating the actual lore to you. I’m here for the lore. Not for you or anyone elses personal What if scenarios or headcannon takes that are irrelevant.
Turalyon literally said after reclaiming Stromgarde that other former alliance holdings could be taken too. That is literally pointing directly at the rest of Lordaeron and Quel’thalas.
It’s a reference to Lordaeron, Stromgarde, Gilneas, and other alliance holdings that they actually own.
Not Silvermoon. Silvermoon hasn’t been alliance since the end of the Second War. If you knew anything about the lore, you would know this
Even if Alleria hadn’t explicitly rejected claim to be Ranger-General, which was not legally heriditary anyway, the title gave no right to rule Quel’thalas. The Ranger-General is subordinate to the Reagant.
The alliance should be kicked back to south of Thandol Span. Everything north of it should be Horde land.
I know you mean the opposite. The Eastern Kingdoms should be alliance. The dwarves, gnomes, and humans were there long before the Blood Elves settled there.
You don’t tell the Night elves to leave Kalimdor. So the blood elves and Forsaken will stay too. Also humans and Dwarfs stole all their land from the trolls.
What nonsense is this? You know Regent Lord and Ranger General are different titles, yes? And that the Farstriders - Horde blood elves now - have to elect their RG even so? And that Alleria literally abdicated her claim to the title in front of the entire order anyway? Twice, even, just to get the point across?
