The political trolling on my server’s trade chat is REALLY out of hand, and I’m getting genuinely tired of it. I don’t want to leave /trade because there is sometimes useful services and commentary being offered there, but I want to do something about it. Someone posted last night that there that Blizz commented that it was reportable and I just wanted to double-check here, because it’s something I plan to make use of if I can.

Yes politics religion etc have no place in wow or on the forums.

Trolling to cause disruption and arguments is certainly reportable. So is advertising if someone is promoting anything outside the game - including stumping for a candidate.
Hot button topics are a prime candidate for trolling thus getting reported. Blue post from recently on that. There are other ones but this is the first one I found.

We’ve seen quite a few people who complained here that they got banned for political speechism as well. Just keep it between Alliance vs Horde and not anything real life, people get into the game to escape real life too y’know.
