Yesterday, Oct. 24th i resubbed even though i had a few hours left on my 60 day game time. I figured it would take hold after the time ran out, but apparently the $14.99 i paid overrode the game time and i paid that much for a few hours? Is this really happening? How can this get fixed, because i no longer have the funds in my account to pay for this again for another week.
I guess I don’t understand the issue. You purchased 30 days, it should put it at the end of your last game time, did you look at account management to make sure when the next subscription bills?

Under transactions in your account, does it say the payment is pending?
