you seem to be blaming the healers, have you thought about being a healer and seeing what you think is some healer controlling ur fun.
I have a pEvoker at 1800 RSS, and 1900 2âs. It is absolutely insanely easy to play, and win games. There is very little challenge.
I abandoned it entirely when they opposing teamâs healer would repeatedly leave to avoid losing. Now I donât want to play it because the opposing teamâs healer just stops trying at 0-3/0-4. Itâs not fun, and itâs not a healthy environment.
Have you played a prot pally game? 3 dps would literally be 10x worse without a bop or bos. Most classes have 1 major dcd. All it takes is all 3 people to hit a target and the higher burst team wins in 20 seconds.
Banning is not how you solve a problem in a game. Itâs a bandaid solution just like how dampening is a bandaid solution for arena because blizzard canât balance the game proper. Lmao.
Banning is how you solve a behavioral problem in a person. Itâs a tool utilized to remove a person whoâs attitude or actions is over-all unacceptable to the community at large.
Itâs not supposed to remove a problem in the game, itâs supposed to remove a problematic person from the game.
Hope this clears things up for you.
I just want shorter ques , 15-20 minute que is not fun plus ppl not taking que or ppl leaving a match i am lucky to get 3 games in 2 or 3 hours of play
In my experience itâs whatever a gm thinks is wrong or not with you riding on that line of yes or no. I think a lot of gms just powertrip because most times after you put a appeal in you get a automated response and then because you know value yourself you reopen it in a attempt to get a actual human being on the other end where they pretty much proceed to copy paste tell you to get lost and if you contact them again theyâll either perma ban you or extend the punishment. They wonât even tell you why theyâll just link you the rules and call it a day. Blizzards moderation is a abject failure by every metric. Theyâve left silencing in the hands of the players and there is video evidence to back it up the only thing they âmanageâ are bans and suspensions
Seems like a universal victory to me. You act like a knob, get banned, try to appeal it because you were acting like a knob and they completely ignore you for months at a time â because you were a knob and got punted for ruining the game for others.
This is a complete victory to me.
Appealing should not be an automatic get out of jail free card.
Rating isnât locked in prepatchâŚ
And who exactly gets to decide what is considered â being a knobâ and also in what universe is leaving you on read for months an acceptable timeframe and appeals are more like a automatic no in 99.99999% of cases. Pretty sure there is a law that keeps that from happening itâs such an absurd notion that you can just be put on hold for months or years who knows how long until they finally decide to give you a reason why or attempt to. This game very much runs on the idea of guilty until proven innocent where 1 random extremely biased gm just drops the hammer on you and you pretty much get treated like a criminal until someone else looks at it and sees that you really didnât do anything
The company who has set a clearly structured ruleset to follow, denoting that most specifically the spirit of the game and community are the most important versus the lettering of the rule.
Thereâs no law. You arenât a criminal. If you violate the rules that you willingly accept in order to play the game, multiple times over - you lose the ability to participate in the game.
This is something you pay to participate in. If your participation becomes disruptive to other peopleâs participation, your participation is subject to revocation.
This isnât difficult to understand.
why not just play premade 3âs? there are like 30 people that play that. you donât need to play solo queue.
The rules are extremely vague and broad for a reason and that reason is so blizzard can ban you for whatever they want and then they can just link you the rules they also have you sign that contract that makes them not legally liable for it to. And there are plenty of things other players do regularly to âinterfereâ with another players game. Wether that interference is considered negative or not is completely subjective to the player and also completely subject to the bias of the gm
You seem very fixated on the concept of legality. Allow me to help you: You have absolutely zero legal grounds for a case over being banned from an online video game that explicitly states they can ban you for any reason they feel fit - and you agree to it every time you log on.
And they have you sign it for the sole purpose of preserving their behind because they are fully aware they ban plenty of people on bogus grounds all the time. If they were comfortable with the reasoning behind their bans they probably wouldnât have you sign it. Itâs there to absolve them of the responsibility of having to give you a reason. Itâs a very 1 sided document in their favor in fact itâs a completely 1 sided document there is 0 things in there that mention you they just have you sign all the power away to them for access to the game which they can cause itâs their game but it indicates that they know they have some skeletons in their closet.
