Honestly, it’s your fault for investing in it. You took the risk of doing such a thing. I think it is great that old items come back for players to get.
There is a class action lawsuit on this. I would look into it.
No such statement was said in that article.
“He wouldn’t expect this mount to drop randomly through some promotion. Ion personally would be surprised to see that coming back in any form, but if if it did show back up, they would think very very very very carefully about it as they know what players have put into getting them and how treasured they are and taking that away overnight would be wrong.”
A lot of vague language used that leaves the possibility to decided to in fact release the tiger.
The closet to suggesting that it wouldn’t come back is that he’d be surprised to see it come back, but that still isn’t saying never.
Also, there is a plethora of things that players have said over the years that blizzard would never/not going to do with the game and they eventually happened.
The whole “rare” mounts and pets thing has always been dumb. It’s like baseball cards. You have no idea if the item will continue to have value or be rare. And nobody with half a brain is that impressed by your rare mount but you.
Stop playing for the wrong reasons.
Well in some cases they like to be rich millionaires in game while working a minimum wage job in real life.
Poor little rich kid crying for money
Shoulda sold them sooner, I guess.
Head Trauma
Why gatekeep pixels? It has zero genuine impact on you.
Been hoarding tender for that.
I mean yeah I get why youre upset but… I don’t get why that would be anyone’s problem but your own?
We all need to vent so honey let it out.
But beyond that…
Hopefully some kind of lesson was learned about hoarding, Digital goods, And good old fashioned karma
You should have sold them years ago.
how dare you this is true fact.
Sorry, the trading post didn’t include a tiny violin for me to play for you.
No one feels bad for you for spending money on items in game. That’s what you get
Guess who doesn’t care that you paid way more than you needed to for an item that has no actual value, and that Blizz had never said wouldn’t be available any other way?
Just keep crying. Your tears make the perfect water to boil noodles in. Am a bit worried about the salt content though, but, meh. Nobody lives forever.
Seriously. Who cares that you lost your a** on the AH? It happens. The AH is like the actual stock market. You pay your money and take your chances.
And if you paid actual money for the actual cards, you’re an even bigger sucker.
Should have sold them faster. Just because something is rare now doesn’t mean it will always be. Especially with cross realm trading now opening again. You’re always taking a risk when you buy something. Price could increase, price could decrease. Even something as simple as mats we’ve seen them increase drops in the past.
I’ve made a lot of risky purchasing decisions myself. Some have paid off, and others I’ve lost millions of gold. End of the day it’s just fake currency and you might try something different next time.
I understand this comment, I’m indeed a fast seller or try to, but many people here are assuming, and it seems you’re joining them, that the one who opened the thread planned to sell them, while I think it’s written either there or in one of the following posts, that he just wanted 3 for collecting, not to sell.
Like it’s beneficial to have 3 ikkys for pet battles, it can be useful to have 3 tiger cubs maybe, though I wasn’t overly impressed by the strength of that pet.
If they wanted to keep them, ofc they didn’t sell them fast.
That you Nelson?
