Just Let Everyone Get The Mage Tower Appearances

Yes, easy, given the fact that it has not disappeared anywhere.

I don’t understand military awards. Is this medal any special, tied to the event? According to Wikipedia, anyone can get it.

I assume this is in response to my post about womens rights and the civil war? Did you even bother to see what it was in response to? I’m guessing not.

Here you go

I was replying to this post and only this post.

Don’t forget the jumping between incoherent anecdotal simile (“THINK OF MY PRECIOUS DAUGHTER”) to incoherent ad hominem (weirdly speculating about my personal sex life out of nowhere)

Another observation that is relevant to this discussion: these arguments seem to overwhelmingly revolve around the druid forms (occasional flail shout out!) even though they do have options for every class.

This is because the real issue is that they don’t introduce enough Druid forms. If they made 2-3 new sets of druid forms every expansions then the MT druid skin would still be cool, but it would not be such a big deal because there would be lots of other customization to get /choose from.

I have not mentioned any specific class form/appearance once in all my 46 posts of this thread

Next question

Yeah, your basically just the “Back in my day I had to walk to school and back uphill both ways in the snow without shoes on all year long” guy.

hey great, other people have and in fact its the impetus of most of the discussion. I didn’t say they solely revolve around them. Congrats on not making a point.

The issue is that Blizzard’s pre-existing game design contributes to toxic player mentalities of exclusion combining with “Sunk Cost” leading to a “crabs in a pot” mentality, and is simply unsustainable and incoherent in modern realities with the game hemorrhaging has it has been for many reasons.

New players to WoW rarely stay.

I’d be happy to focus the issue on the druid forms, as this is sort of the fracture point for the whole issue.

In all other cases, there are plenty of meaningful, flashy and different transmog appearances that you can apply to your character.

Druids only have one ‘flashy’ form that is useable in combat, and that’s the MT one. All of the others are very, very similar.

I agree with that. More new options sounds really good to me.

Thats pretty cringe.

Your whole argument is some people might not have played during legion, and that’s what made the appearances special. People who had played then and gotten the reward will now feel like it is meaningless since everyone has it. “Think of the noobs” is not a good argument.

Bronze stars are generic. You could earn the exact same ones I have. Well mine have V for Valor on them but you get the idea.

Silver Stars while still around are war specific. And most people will never get one. And if you got one in WW2 it is a different design then mine from Iraq 2004. Your orders for it will also be different.

Now about the disappeared part. Our classes from then have disappeared. We do not have legion artifacts like we did then. We have more abilities then we did in legion (the un-pruning). There is no way for blizzard to make old mage tower work in a Shadowlands game.

Blizzard can go forward though. They can make a new challenge with new skins for players. New bosses, new moves, and new rewards.

You say that repeatedly, like your some kind of unpaid hero or something (forgetting that your cause means dissolving all prestige items) and earlier you said you have 28/36 so which 8 are missing? Druid per chance?

That is the point, but these people hate that. How dare you be able to earn what I also earned, you are ruining my game experiences.

Hm…
@Rhay , you will be indignant “How can you compare getting a skin for a druid with an army medal”?

I mean its almost like thats how timewalking is supposed to function, like a time machine.

Where did I say that in a literal sense? Your efforts here, are subpar, for the record.

Still waiting for someone to show me where Blizzard “promised” a single thing.

They shouldn’t because your gamer pride should come from overcoming obstacles, not overcoming obstacles in a specific window of time.

Reactivate artifacts within the instance.

Ah yes warlocks have two curses back and *checks notes * Ritual of Doom

Easy enough to de-activate abilities in the instnace.

There is, because it’s a question of developer time and effort.

They can choose to figure out a way to provide the same level of challenge. It’s not like every encounter was perfectly balanced around each corresponding spec assigned to it. Some specs were more of a challenge than others.

It’s a choice and effort of the devs to do so when recreating the challenge.

You are not on Team 2.
