I find this statement ironic. You are implying I don’t see your other posts, to see how else you respond to things. But the moment I responded, you went all out implying that is the only way I post.
Might be possible that people are still doing content but maybe not stuff like cloak runs like they expected ext imho.

Back a week an do not intend to do cloaks. Will have 18 lvl 120s on main server free SL and raid carries and spare gold. Throwaway systems are worthless…
Could be worse, I suppose. We could always have Lore coming over to threaten to make it worse like he did with Azerite reforging.
And that’s why I’m asking. They’re not asking what people are doing at this point in the expac, there’s not a poll on that.
They’re asking “Hey those cloaks amirite?”
To the point: The polls do seem like an initiative handed down to the cm’s to try and encourage more people to work on cloaks, because they surely have access to data concerning who has cloaks and at what levels.

It does feel like people are dropping off like flies(other than those who bought the mount promotion). I have a feeling more players just turned gold into Blizzbucks to buy it at the start of 8.3.

Probably will be my first expansion that i might not bother with the last boss in lfr like i always do.

Except for maybe the Diablo 4 team. They are probably have a ton of rope to do what they want right now, but as that release date creeps up watch out! It’ll be released when they say it’s going to be released and patched later to fix how broken it is.
