Wait, so you just have to level any character to max to get heritage armor? Not a new one created after its introduction?
No only blood elves and dwarves so far I think. The others one you have to level though.
Maybe, and I hope I am right, it’s more closer to the end of the expansion and it’s armor that makes them look badass, so it will be when they are at their highest or victory. Or maybe they are waiting for a questline with them to fit the Night Warrior theme.
