i guess a shammy took a healer item and she was quickly abt to give it to me
but they initiated so quick i didnt get it, and neither did she. i wouldnt of kicked her anyways i dont care.

Apples and oranges.
Seriously, Blizzard leaves up to the players for a reason. So we get to decide on who we can have in a group. We don’t even need a reason to choose on removing someone from the group. So, if Blizzard allows for the players to make a choice, then it is not abuse.
So once again:
“How can it be abused if all reasons are valid?” is kind of like saying “To end all crime just make everything legal.”
“You weren’t mugged because theft isn’t a crime.”

Blizzard allowing the players to make a choice is not abuse.
Players using the feature to cause ill treatment towards another player = abuse.
Should I make it more simple?
People don’t have to play with you.
Forcing others into having to play with you or be in their groups is ill treatment.
I mean, you do make a point there, but differences between real world with laws and a private gaming company with their own rules is still on the topic of apples and oranges.
how are you forced to play with players when you chose RANDOM dungeon finder?
make your own group if you dont wanna play w/ randoms?

choose guess who you get? RANDOM people. make your own group and stop
kicking ppl for “no reason” if you play w/ your guild/friends, u wont have to worry abt
the potential people u “dont like” in these 15min dungeon runs.

Here is a question: Who says I am kicking people out for no reason? I haven’t even initiated one vote-kick in a dungeon since BfA, and that was a toxic player who was being racist in the instance chat.
I am just simply stating, it is allowed under the policies of Blizzard, and wondering how is it considered abuse if it is allowed.

We have enough people out there who are initiating vote kicks for no reason.
And I have been removed from a dungeon a couple of times already this expansion. I just don’t come to the forums about being removed from the dungeon. Probably better being removed from the dungeon anyways than playing with them.
Anyways, back to CS for me.
Congrats. Some of us like to use the forum to express/communicate our concerns and ideas… which is what it’s used for.
Still doesn’t justify the outcome.
Most people probably haven’t but just in TWW alone I’ve seen a half dozen attempted kicks for no reason. I’d imagine if I wasn’t there to actually pay attention and hit no that at least some of them would have passed.

its definitely gotten worse since TWW dropped. Im here every day. I saw an explosion of vote kicks threads quickly after TWW went live.
