likely because i just logged in a diff location. would be cool to just get resolve here before im home tying to figure it out with a worse internet connection and no cell service.
Try logging in to make sure it’s legit. Don’t go to any links or sites they may talk about in the text until you check. A lot of scammers and phish attempts out there.

If you’re signed up for Blizzard Phone Notifications then you should be able to easily unlock it via the same system.
If you are sure that it wasn’t a phish and that your account isn’t currently being hacked (hopefully neither are true), then all you will need to do is reset your password and your account will unlock.
