How do Void Elves?
Who were literally a small group of Blood Elves involved in a Void experiment gone wrong?
It’s literally incorrect to state there are less High Elves than Void Elves.
Blood Elves are 90% of all leftover High Elves from Quel’thalas.
High Elves are 10% of that, and Void elves are even less of that, being a literal “group” split off from Blood Elves to research Void.
Population has never played a role in making a race playable.
It should also be noted that the Silver Convenant is also highly racist to other in-game races and is incredibly indecisive at one point only not joining the horde because Vereesa didn’t want her children to live in the Undercity. 
Hardly playable race material.
Void Elves are another BS Blizzard came up with to try to please your whiny faction, if you check my post history you’ll see I openly state how stupid and nonsense the very existence of Void Elves is.
Them being a dumb idea doesn’t make the High Elf argument valid though, both are stupid.
All they really need to do is add a regular skin tone to void elves and a blue eye option. Would solve the issue with little to no problems. No need to overhaul racials or anything. RPERS can implement some cognitive dissonance as to what the actually are.

Also it should be noted that most the Alliance isn’t like this. It’s just this vocal minority that screams Horde Bias and “we need High Elves!” Which is a shame because the Alliance does spectacularly for Rated pvp and is the faction to go to for it. But we get a tarnished reputation because of this vocal minority.

That group of Sethrak being allies and fighting against evil Sethrak with Vulpera isn’t a reason why they can’t be on the Alliance, that’s a reason they shouldn’t hate Horde Vulpera.
It all boils down to story telling and world building, It’s simply that easy to add a race, which is the reason you got Vulpera, you honestly think they’d give you another race from the same zone?
Yeah they probably would, cause you’re Horde and you get everything you want.
