Just give the alliance high elves already

not sure what the point of brining up the fact they are the reanimated people of lordaeron is. ARTHAS KILLED THEM. the forsaken also hate the scourge and arthas as much as the high elves :joy:

Blood elf storyline*

And it’s about as absurd as the nightborne one where they just joined another Eli in Sylvanas.

But I will say since blizz put them on the horde they have more than earned their keep in terms of being evil. Kidnapping an angel and torturing for power is right up there with the whole blight thing.

Except not at all argue against the points being made not the strawman you wish to knockdown.

The forsaken of WC3 had no real ability to raise the dead to the best of my recollection so I’m going to need to see a big ol [citation needed] on the idea that the forsaken were involved at all in the original purge of dalaran.

Also you’re leaving out the Kirin Tor/Bronzebeard dwarves/ and any humans from the other EK kingdoms in Garrithos’ army

And here we go dodging again.

You are correct. It was a big plot point in cata when they gained the ability to.

The Alliance of SW was already shattered by that point or did you forget Lothar dying? In WC3 Stormwind basically wasn’t present in terms of the timeline this is when Varian was hunting Garona and Stormwind was just taking in refugees they were in no shape to send aid.

No saying that you are lying about what I have said is not dodging.

Oof, logged into a different character on my desktop.

Yeah nah, necromancy is a massive taboo amongst the Forsaken. They’re seen as the whip in the Lich King’s hand.

The Val’kyr joined them in Cata, I’m not sure why they’re more acceptable than regular necromancers but yeet.

Let me just stab you in the arm and kill your entire family sorry there old chum I was controlled by an evil force it’s all good right?

Probably because the Val’Kyr revive their targets with their wits intact and forsaken aren’t controlled, but given free reign to do whatever.

Still kinda crappy for those who just want to stay dead, but thems the breaks.

Either my english is poor for not understanding you, or this statement absolutely made no sense.

English is not my mother tongue so theres that. Insult me for my english if you wish to.

If you do the new Forsaken levelling thing when you slap the new boys awake a couple do choose this option and according to word of god being risen as Forsaken doesn’t automatically damn one’s soul.

theyre a faction transfer. never played through ghostlands. never saw the forsaken help the blood elves reclaim their lands

Yeah there is definitely no mind control going with the valkyr and raising dead alliance heroes who are totally willing and instantly loyal to the dark lady cause she’s so kewl /s

My group almost commited genocide on your race. We good?

Nah, you’re fine, your responses make perfect sense to me

Nice try.

You claimed I said Garithos was the leader of the forsaken I never said that. What I said is Garithos is part of Lord yet somehow you blame his actions on SW which basically didn’t participate in WC3. Don’t hide behind claims of poor English. That is an actual dodge.

So wait you’re the forsaken and talking to either the blood elves or night elves both work.

“I know you were killed, risen from the dead and had no free will but you’re totes still to blame.”

How is a DK player making this argument? Did you miss the reason why we hate the Lich King so much?

I actually have try checking achieves genius. I’ve played through the majority of quests in the game on both sides since I have friends on both factions. Content added in BC doesn’t really matter to the discussion at hand which is why they were added to the horde in bc. This was due to the faction gap they didn’t fit on the horde until they were made to fit by making them far more evil than they ever were in the RTS. Also don’t forget the mind control to keep concerned citizens under control
