THe only thing u can do is keep apealing every ticket is handled by a real person nothing is automated maybe ask where ur friend got his gold from did he earn it legit or did he get it from the wowmarket discord if its the later then thats was more then likely stolen gold.

You don’t have much control over following the TOS when you engage with 3rd party trading services, since the gold can be illegitimately obtained by whoever had it before you.
If you received illegitimate gold, then you did violate TOS, albeit unknowingly. Blizzard staff however, can definitely track this.
GMs don’t process tickets on the forums so posting here will not expedite anything. Also, while moderators here may give you slightly more information or why you may have been suspended, such as whether or not you received illegitimate gold, the specifics are intentionally withheld to prevent criminals from using the information to bypass the systems.
If you used SOD, it is probable that you received illegitimate gold, and since SOD falls under unsupported activity, you are taking a risk in using the service because Blizzard has no connection to it, and as such they will not give you much assistance when you experience problems with it.
