I was getting the xp boost but today I noticed my xp has been back to standard, even though I have the buff.
when I hovered over the buff, it showed all xp gained by 0%

it’s for the joyous Journeys buff that gives 50%
Rested has nothing to do with it
Problem solved
Apparantly I somehow had it turned off for my character
Had to find an innkeeper in a capitol city to have it turned back on.
I’ve hovered over the option to disable Joyous Journeys a few times and had to catch myself to make sure I didn’t actually click it.
