I feel like Blizzard Marketing & Sales is fully in charge of Blue Posts now. They made this +50% exp announcement just to bring subs up, and they’ll wait until at least a full month of player’s time is wasted before initiating.
This way they get +$14.99 from the “hyped for buff any day now” crowd, and another +$14.99 from when it’s actually implemented. Double profits! $$$$$$
