Not sure what Portergauge means here, but it seems some uncategorized player ID might reveal a model update for Jin’yu, which in turn could mean their potential announcement as an AR.
What do you think! I would be thrilled if this is true. Hopefully they include Ankoan skins as well. I’d love it even more if their Horde counterpart were Gilgoblins.

I would welcome them in, but with allied races, I would prefer that the original faction not get a similar allied race. That way, you could be on the other side with the character model you want. For example, if Gilgoblin decided the Horde wasn’t rich enough, they could join the Alliance and I would love it.
Additionally, if mechagnomes and gnomes ended up not getting along so well, and mechagnomes went horde, I would probably try horde!

Since nazjatar theyve been chilling outside of orgrimmar, near the zeplin to the dragon isles.

Since when did the jinyu have an apostrophe in their name?
I don’t like to be the bearer of bad news, but I can tell you that naga lack a lot of animations and customizable channels, not to mention gear display. They would have to be completely overhauled to become an allied race, as would the jinyu.
If we are getting the ability to fly dragons around before we get playable naga (something that some people have been asking for since Burning Crusade) then we probably aren’t getting naga.
Did you just say they lack gear display? have you not noticed the half robot gnomes running around with no boots/gloves/pants or the dragon people things who can’t wear transmog at all? Think we are past the “gear display” issue and we all just accepted how lazy it is.

Can we please first get dracthyr with a bigger frame? I want that race to not look like so slender before we get adding a thousand more races.
The only allied race i care about, are Forest Troll for the Horde.

I wish I just could be grateful about the situation, if it is true, but this comes way too late. The Alliance needs all the unique races to make them attractive.
Jin’yu/Hozen sounds like a good deal - but more needs to be done to undo the damage Ion Hazzikostas’ vision has done to the two-faction system.

Yeah that’s 4, while I totally agree it’s wayyy better than 1/2/3 for my preference it’s still looking so thin compared to male human models for instance.
I wanna be a monsterous dragon, right now I just feel very frail and it makes me sad.

That’s quite the spin. We’ve had NPC races mingling with so-called “player” IDs since datamining has been a thing. It simply means that they want the models to wear some gear. Nothing more, nothing less.
Or perhaps even new animations for those models.
