is the schematic for Jard’s Journal in game yet? If so, where does it drop?

Spent hours online. Tried just killing mobs and got no drop. I see nothing made from schematics for sale on AH, so I don’t trust it is available.

Looks like it wasn’t really talked about much till 5.4.8 based on the schematic item on wowhead.
Likely isn’t till the last phase. But it’s weird. There’s only one comment from 2025 but early on saying it wasn’t available yet.

It was added in patch 5.4
The top comment on Wowhead for Jard’s Peculiar Energy Source is a comment from 2013 stating that the item was intended for 5.2 but didn’t get added until 5.4, which was Siege of Org.
