Jar of Sunwarmed Sand Cooldown

I know there are other threads about this, but they were 3 years ago.

So this is a another plea to Blizzard to significantly reduce the cooldown on the Jar of Sunwarmed Sand toy.

Please don’t force us Oceanic players to play yet another expansion (mostly) in the dark.

+1. Please remove the cooldown; extend the duration; and make it persist through death.

Us Oceanic players would love to be able to better appreciate this scenery during the day!
