How come there are no Japanese servers or Japanese language options?
I feel like this is really biased considering blizzard does so much for the Korean and Chinese communities.
This isn’t really something that Customer Support could help with. Support forum is mostly player driven, and the Support Forum Agents here don’t make these sort of decisions.
If you would like to see Japanese maybe get implemented then you are welcome to make the suggestion in game or on the General forums.
I’d suggest leaving bias out of the equasion though, it’s likely way way more complicated than “Blizzard doesn’t like Japan.”
Edit: you could look into add-ons for text. A quick look at Curseforge found this one.

Unfortunately, addons don’t quite give the level of indepthness for what would be required for an actual language pack.
I appreciate the response, but I do find this actual customer support. If you’re paying, you’re a customer, and should be equally supported. I see your argument, but this is quite long overdue for a major company.
You can make a suggestion of such either in-game in the suggestion box, or on I believe the general forum. The CS forum doesn’t have any power related to this kind of thing.

Unfortunately it’s not. Support forum is not customer service and no one here has any means to change what languages are supported in game.
For now, add-ons are your only option if you would like any Japanese in the game at all.

While you are a customer, and you would like language support for Japaneese, that is a Developer decision.
The Customer Support forum is an Information Desk to help people navigate the Support ticket system and knowledge base, explain policies, explain account services, etc.
All you can get here is information about how to best accomplish what you want. In your case, what you want is to suggest the WoW team fund, develop, and support a language pack for Japan. Certainly a worthwhile thing to ask.
The only way for you to make that suggestion to the Devs though is via the in-game suggestion option or the General Discussion forum.
This Information Desk is not a means to make suggestions or have them relayed to the Development team. They are very different parts of Blizzard.
If you have a billing question, need info about how to put in a ticket, or need to know how character transfers work you are in the right place though

We are blessed to have a fantastic group of folks that hang out here, of their own volition, and on their own time - to help their fellow players.
This forum does have oversight by folks like myself (the blues) to provide info when we can - but it’s often not necessary because the aforementioned group gives such quality answers and good advice.
They have one advantage that I do not have. They can answer you as a fellow player. Answers we aren’t always allowed to give. For instance, we really aren’t supposed to give game hints. Your fellow players are under no such restrictions.
As to languages. There are over 7,000 languages on this planet. We do support several. It’s more than just translation. When we support a language, that also necessitates personnel to support those players - in that language.
Languages also have cultural inferences, and it can become quite tricky if one is not a native speaker. It’s more than just running something through Goggle translate
You are of course most welcome to submit that as a suggestion. As has already been mentioned, this is a Dev thing - not really a CS thing. Languages have been added over the years, it’s not outside the realm of possibility we’d see it someday.
